• At Bilbaína, we believe that ethical behavior goes beyond strict legal compliance. It means making decisions not only based on applicable laws and regulations, but also on our internal policies and core values. To support a shared understanding of our responsibilities and to guide appropriate decision-making, we have developed this Code of Ethics and Regulatory Compliance. It outlines Bilbaína’s standards and expectations regarding ethical conduct and professional and personal behavior.
• Accordingly, this Code defines a set of core values and associated behaviors that must govern Bilbaína’s relationships with its stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, clients, shareholders, business partners, public authorities, and society at large. Our business partners—which include affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and other collaborators—are considered an extension of Bilbaína. Therefore, they are expected to act in accordance with this Code as well as with any applicable contractual obligations when acting on our behalf or in cooperation with us.
